El Dorado Irrigation District (District), an irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code 20500, et seq.), hereby gives notice that it is now accepting bids from qualified service providers for cleaning and inspection of multiple potable water storage facilities (tanks and reservoirs), including Hypalon cover repair if necessary, located throughout the District's service area in El Dorado County, CA. The period of the agreement will be for 2 years with the option for the General Manager to extend the contract for 3 additional 1 year periods, for a maximum of 5 years. Bidder may withdraw its bid by written request via email to purchasing@eid.org before the Submittal Deadline. After that time, bidder may not withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Submittal Deadline. Any questions about this RFB shall be submitted in writing (via e-mail only) no later than Friday, March 18, 2022 by 3:00 pm pacific time, to Ryan Deakyne, Senior Buyer, at the following e-mail address: E-mail: purchasing@eid.org Please advise the Project Manager, Kurt Mikkola, in advance of the meeting if you need special accommodations. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. All company representatives must sign in by 8:30 a.m. and submit a signed WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FOR ACCESS TO DISTRICT PROPERTY as attached in EXHIBIT B.
