Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of parking lot and driveway replacement, site utilities, exterior aluminum window and door replacement, window treatments, interior demo, new ceilings, lights, flooring, and painting, a partial locker room remodel, classroom remodel, casework, gymnasium floor refinish, new bleachers, new water conditioning system, duct insulation, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical system upgrades. All prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid(s) shall accompany each Proposal (refer to Section 00 4313) PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND: All Contractors bidding on Work in excess of $50,000.00 must be bondable and must include in their Proposal the cost for furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond listing Gull Lake Community Schools as Obligee (refer to Section 00 6100). A current Contractor Qualification Statement must be on file with Miller-Davis Company in order to be awarded a Contract (refer to Specification Section 00 4513).
