Municipal Wastewater and Sewage Sludge Analysis for Per - and Polyfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS) PFAS sampling events for municipal WWTPs are anticipated to be an average of once per month for the duration of the signed Contract. For each sampling event, MDE plans to make available five (5) samples to be analyzed by the contracting laboratory. These samples include four (4) samples from different sampling locations and one (1) field blank at each WWTP. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer, based on the availability of time to research and communicate an answer, shall decide whether an answer can be given before the Proposal due date. The Requirements and Scope of Services from this RFQ shall be expressly incorporated into the PO. The State reserves the right to award the Contract to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the most favorable pricing to the State.
