Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Location: St. Paul Public Works Sewer Maintenance Facility, 419 Burgess Street, St. Paul MN Some project work items include: Install natural gas generator and electrical automatic transfer switch (inside building) Install generator venting through building roof Generator and ATS Equipment (provided by City) Remove and replace interior concrete flatwork, trench and floor drain systems Remove and replace exterior bituminous pavement, concrete curbing and sidewalk Q and a open: March 8, 2022 5:30:00 AM Q and a close: March 29, 2022 12:30:00 AM All underground work, mechanical, and temporary conveyance to be completed on or before October 2, 2022. All work required under this Contract, including maintenance work and Final Clean Up shall be completed on or before October 28, 2022. Should the Contractor fail to meet the above completion dates, liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per calendar day, per work site, will be charged against the Contractor. 32% Minority total project hours 20% Female total project hours 5% to minority-owned business enterprises (MBE) o 10% to woman-owned business enterprises (WBE) o 10% to other small business enterprises (SBE)
