Renovation of a fire / police facility in Aurora, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Estimate: $250,000.00 The work covered by the specifications include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials. The scope of work includes removal of existing shingle roof and gutters, installation of temporary membrane during construction, installation of new shingle roof and gutters, and application of Liqui Tec fluid applied membrane over the existing EPDM roof. The City of Aurora will only receive Bids through the Bid Express website. If not providing a digital bid bond, wet-ink original bid bonds, checks, or letters of credit must be delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Service, Aurora Service Department, 158 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio, by the bid opening date and time. If any person contemplating submitting a BID for the proposed PROJECT is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, they may submit through Bid Express a written request for interpretation thereof. For any further information, please contact David Frisbee, Assistant Service Director at 330-995-9116 or frisbeed@auroraoh.com. In the case of disruption of national communications or loss of services by Bid Express within two hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the city will delay the deadline for bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the City.
