Estimate: $250,000.00 The work covered by the specifications include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials. The scope of work includes removal of existing shingle roof and gutters, installation of temporary membrane during construction, installation of new shingle roof and gutters, and application of Liqui Tec fluid applied membrane over the existing EPDM roof. The City of Aurora will only receive Bids through the Bid Express website. If not providing a digital bid bond, wet-ink original bid bonds, checks, or letters of credit must be delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Service, Aurora Service Department, 158 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio, by the bid opening date and time. If any person contemplating submitting a BID for the proposed PROJECT is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, they may submit through Bid Express a written request for interpretation thereof.
