All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. This call for tenders is for the awarding of two contracts: Contract 44527813 - Construction work The work required under this invitation to tender must be completely completed within 10 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is between April 15 and May 15, 2022. Contract 44527682 - Maintenance of personal and property protection systems The bidder acknowledges that under the contract documents, the fire alarm system maintenance contract begins on the date of acceptance with reservations of all the construction work of contract 44527813 and continues until the expiry date. 36 months from that date. The total duration of the maintenance contract will be 3 years without the possibility of renewal.
