Through this Request for Quotation for Standing Offers (RFQSO), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "Regional District") seeks standing offer quotations for services to manage hazard trees (including assessment, modification, and removals) at various Regional Park locations throughout the Central Okanagan on an 'if, as and when required' basis. The Regional District wishes to execute a Standing Offer Agreement with one preferred supplier for a contract term of 3 years. The intent of this RFQSO process is to award the Standing Offer Agreement to the Respondent that submits the lowest Total Estimated 3-Year Cost as defined further in section 4.
