Ball diamond maintenance and opening work includes, but is not limited to: machinery; Labor; The supply and leveling of baseball sand; The supply and installation of magnetic goals; The supply and installation of clay marble; The supply and installation of two (2) warning tracks; Cleaning and adding material for five (5) warning tracks; The supply and installation of drainage for one (1) infield; The supply and installation of protective cushions for four (4) posts in play; The supply and installation of sod; The rolling and watering of the sod; The cleaning of the sites following the works; The repair of grassed surfaces following the work; The arrangement of materials; Transportation.
