Site work for a water / sewer project in Nogales, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete Nogales IOI Rehabilitation Phase 4 & 5. This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.236-17 Alt 1, Site Visit (Construction FEB 1995) - Alternate 1 (FEB 1995), a site visit shall be held at USIBWC Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant Field Office at 865 Rio Rico Industrial Park, Rio Rico, AZ 85648 on Wednesday, May 04, 2022 at 9:30 AM MST (local time). Names of individuals who plan to attend shall be furnished before 10:00 AM MDT on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 by email submission to carmella.speer@ibwc.gov. See L.01 for further information. Questions in advance of the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-Visit may be presented in writing, by emailing carmella.speer@ibwc.gov referencing the Solicitation number RFP 191BWC22R0005. Answers to written questions will be prepared and discussed during a questions and answer period at the conference. Preliminary questions shall be submitted in a Microsoft Word file to arrive at the aforementioned address no later than 10:00 AM MDT on Friday, April 29, 2022. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects the estimated magnitude of this project will be greater than $10,000,000.00. The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water & Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the information referenced in Subsection L.02, Proposal Instructions. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
