The Town of Emerald Isle is accepting proposals, in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes 143-131, for the McLean-Spell Park Master Plan. All questions and requirements for this proposal shall be coordinated through Alesia Sanderson at asanderson@emeraldisle-nc.org or 252-354-8574. The Town of Emerald Isle is accepting "Request for Proposals" (RFP) from experienced consulting firms to prepare a master plan for McLean-Spell Park. The purpose of the Master Plan is to provide a plan to guide future park development by conducting the following: o Needs and opportunity analysis o Design development Firm Selection - Thursday, April 7, 2022 Council Approval - Tuesday, April 12, 2022 Notice to Proceed - No later than Friday, April 15, 2022 The Town also reserves the right to award this contract in part or whole, in the best interest of the Town, and to reject any or all submissions. The Town of Emerald Isle reserves the right to select the most responsible and responsive qualified consulting firms which it finds to be within the best interests of the Town. The Town of Emerald Isle makes no guarantees to any proposing firm until such time the Town approves the negotiated contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
