The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to make certain that the scope of work is fully understood, to answer any questions, to clarify the intent of the Contract Documents, and to resolve any problems that may affect the project construction. No addendum will be issued at this meeting, but subsequent thereto, the Purchasing Manager, if necessary, will issue an addendum(s) to clarify the intent of the Contract Documents. Bids received from firms or individuals not listed on the roll of attendees of the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
