Site work for a water / sewer project in Haysville, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drainage improvements beginning at the outlet of the drainage system at Country Lakes Addition in Haysville (79th St. South) and extending south and southeast to the existing bridge at 87th St. South. Improvements include ponds, earthen ditches and concrete lined ditches. The project would be done in segments. The portion of the project in the south half of the section would be completed under this project by the County with County funds. The project in the north half of the section would be completed by Haysville with their funds at an estimated cost of $400,000. The new bridge structure under 79th St. South would be completed as part of the Public Works CIP with sales tax or bond funding (cost not shown here). This project is included in the county's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 8, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
