Please obtain documents through the means listed in the invitation to bid.* MTA Construction and Development Company ("MTA C&D"), seeks to engage one or more consultant organizations ("Consultant") to assist MTA by reviewing, evaluating, updating and/or supplementing three distinct sets of MTA C&D's existing capital program procedures for these three functions: Management of construction projects (Delivery - Task 1) Procurement/contracting for construction contracts (Contracts - Task 2) Planning and budgeting construction projects (Development - Task 3). The contract duration is three (3) years. This is a discretionary contract therefore there are 0% MWBE/SDVOB sub-consulting goals assigned. To be eligible to participate in this RFP, a firm must be either a New York State-certified M/WBE firm, a New York State-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business or have a pending application for certification as a New York State M/WBE or SDVOB firm (in which case an award to such engineering firm shall be contingent on its successfully receiving certification as a New York State M/WBE or SDVOB firm by the date on which MTA C&D plans to award the contract). All firms submitting a proposal must complete and provide M/WBE or SDVOB Certification. The RFP document will aid you in preparing the written Technical and Cost Proposals. Proposals shall be evaluated by MTA C&D personnel in accordance with the specific evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.
