Reference Number : 1579444 Review Title : Specialized classroom furniture Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 As part of its five-year capital plan, Bishop's University will renovate several classrooms over the next three years. In order to adapt its classes to the new technological realities, the University wishes to set up a contract with a furniture SUPPLIER in order to replace the furniture of the classes which will be renovated by specialized training tables of the screen garage type . Bishop's University will be able to transform these rooms into a computer lab if necessary. The selected SUPPLIER must provide, upon receipt of an Order Form, the specialized training tables meeting the technical criteria for the period beginning at the awarding of the Contract until March 31, 2025. Bishop's University provides in its Schedule of Price the total estimated quantity of purchases planned in these renovation projects for the next three years, but orders may be issued at any time during the period of the Contract. The project for which Bishop's University requires training tables in 2022 is the renovation of the level 1 and level 3 classrooms of the Nicolls Pavilion. Two classes from level 1 will be merged and modified to accommodate the training tables. 74 seats are required and the layout provided is that of appendix 2.00. Bishop's University wishes to place the order as soon as the Contract is awarded with a view to delivery at the end of May 2022. It should be noted that for this project, no elevator is available and that the selected SUPPLIER will have to half -floor to be climbed by stairs to deliver the furniture. When an alternative or an equivalent product is considered or when the Bidder would like to propose more significant modifications to the concept for technical reasons, the Bidder must send the technical data sheet and any other document deemed relevant to the file manager identified at the Régie. at least seven (7) days before the date and time scheduled for the opening of tenders . The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right to decide whether the article or modification proposed as an equivalence meets the functional and aesthetic requirements specified.
