Renovation of a municipal facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction Services for the Replacement of a Generator and Uninterruptible Power Supply System at Metra's Consolidated Control Facility (CCF) Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted to Steve Bauman, Sr. Contracting Agent via email at sbauman@metrarr.com by 4:00 p.m. on March 21, 2022. All attendees are required to wear a mask, hard hat, orange safety vest (class ii with reflective striping), safety glasses (side shields for prescription eyewear), and steel toed safety boots at the pre-bid meeing. The Disadvanted Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for this project is 25%. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the total bid price. This contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
