The City of Bingen is seeking submittal of proposals from professional firms with demonstrated experience in the preparation and updating of Shoreline Master Programs in compliance with the Shoreline Management Act (RCW 90.58), the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-26 and the requirements of an anticipated grant from the Department of Ecology. The City of Bingen is a non-planning city under the Growth Management Act but certain components of the Act apply to the city. Proponents team organization. Provide the name and address of all the prime consultants and all sub-consultants, if applicable. Include an organization chart. For each firm, describe its role and list the individual firm members that will work on the Shoreline Master Program and their specific roles. If a firm has multiple office locations, indicate the address of the office that will be performing each task, if different than the address provided above. The City encourages the participation of certified minority-owned (MBE) and women-owned (WBE) businesses in this project. Indicate any firm that is a certified MBE of WBE, if applicable. No contract award or rejection will be based on the participation or non-participation of a MBE or WBE firm. The work sample(s) collectively cannot exceed twenty (20) double-sided pages (i.e. 40 numbered pages) including maps, illustrations, charts, etc. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
