Reference number : 1574466 Review Title : Sainte-Germaine-Cousin School / Replacement of the paving of the schoolyard, phase 1 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Pointe-de-l'Île School Service Center is issuing a call for tenders for the replacement of the paving in the schoolyard, phase 1 at Sainte-Germaine-Cousin elementary school. All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents and their addenda, if applicable. Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from June 29, 2022 . The start date of the work is June 29, 2022. The date of receipt with reservation of the work is August 19, 2022 . This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than September 9, 2022 , i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. The unreserved acceptance of the work is scheduled for November 8, 2022 , i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the period for correcting deficiencies. Information meeting / site visit No inspection of tenders is planned. The School Service Center reserves the right not to accept any of the submissions received. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
