The Contractors scope of responsibilities shall include all labor and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the subject rail spur between Sta. 0+00 & 10+20 and as per the site plan. All material needed for the rehabilitation shall be provided by the owner. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and work in a manner which adheres to the State of Mississippi and Harrison County with the highest industry standard. Contractor shall warranty all labor and works provided to HCDC for a period of one year. Contractor must have a valid Certificate of Responsibility, Liability Insurance: Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance coverage, in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 for start and duration of all projects. The Contractor shall submit their W9s, Certificate of Responsibility, as well as the following insurance certificates with their sealed bid: Liability; Workers Compensation; and, Vehicle Liability. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Material Purchase Certificate to the Harrison County Development Commission upon request. Failure to do so could result in a work stoppage. All aforementioned certificates must be presented to the Harrison County Development Commission each contractual year prior to expiration.
