The Town of Atlantic Beach is seeking proposals for janitorial services for our new Public Safety Complex located at 125 W. Fort Macon Road. This building houses the Fire Department, Police Department, and Town Hall staff as well as the Town Boardroom. Services are requested for 2-3 days per week to consist of cleaning bathrooms (8 total), vacuuming offices (21 carpeted rooms/offices), emptying trash, cleaning the interior glass walls/doors, and dust mopping the sealed concrete floors. Minor maintenance of changing HVAC filters, etc. will be included. Proof of workers comp and liability insurance must be submitted with the proposal as well as (3) Atlantic Beach commercial references. E-verify compliance required.
