Reference number : 1579022 Review Title : Landscaping of the Center Lebourgneuf, the Metrobus Center and various Terminus Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The work includes all of the following operations, without however being limited to: a) spring cleaning including the removal of winter protection; b) the cleaning of grounds and walkways; (c) mowing the lawn; d) the mowing of uncultivated land and ditches for the sites concerned; e) soil aeration (to be applied annually); f) seeding (if required); g) control of weeds and insects on grassed areas (if required); h) the removal and control of weeds and insects from the surfaces of concrete pavers and along fences from surfaces of concrete pavers, walkways, along parking lot chains, along fences, particularly in front of pedestrian doors and between garage doors (in semi-circles) and around garages; i) maintenance of trees, shrubs and flowers throughout the season; j) fertilization of trees and shrubs (as needed); (k) maintenance of flowerbeds, trees, hedges and shrubs including, in particular, weeding, hoeing, pruning, watering, controlling diseases and insects and replenishing mulch; l) the supply and installation of mulch in the planting areas; m) the supply and planting of ornamental plants in the planting areas; n) installation of winter protection; o) fall cleaning, including the removal of annual plants; p) storage of snow fences by THE CONTRACTING PARTY.
