Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of May 4, 2022 a general contractor has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. A bid bond with good and sufficient surety, issued by a company licensed to do business in the State ofIndiana, or, in the alternative, a certified check on a solvent bank, equal to five percent (5%) ofthe total bid insuring that ifthe bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance ofits proposal secured, must accompany the Contractor's bid. The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI ofthe Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds ofrace, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
