Architectural-paint, drywall, flooring, misc. MEP scopes are all included. This will be a fast-paced project with a critical finish deadline. Timing at this time looks like Construction would start late April, or May 1st with a completion date of the end of July. These are only estimated time frames for reference, a Schedule will be included later. Bid Packages will be updated later.
