For: 22-014 Campus Wide Job Order Contract (JOC) Program for General Works AUBURN UNIVERSITY at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Facilities Management Building One, Training Room A/B A. The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Auburn University is soliciting competitive bids to implement a Job Order Contract (JOC) continuing contract also known as a Task Order Contract. Job Order Contracting is a quantity type of construction contract that will enable Auburn University to accomplish construction projects utilizing pre-determined (set) pricing with a contractor adjustment factor applied. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms or copies thereof furnished by the Architect.
