Description: The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Limited areas of brick masonry will require minor cleaning, mortar repointing and repair. Moderate levels of wood carpentry repairs to nonstructural architectural ornamental items such as: fascia, soffits, cornices, railings, door and window trim. Limited areas of ferrous metal restoration and repairs at fire escape stairs and overhead door jambs. Extensive removal and/or moderate levels of surface repairs of deteriorated and delaminated protective coatings on all exterior wood and ferrous metal surfaces including architectural trim, fascia, soffits, cornices, column covers, fire escape stairs, door and window trim. Restore glazed panels, spandrels and framing at south elevation.* Limited removal of organic materials from select areas at grade level and eaves. Apply new protective coating system to all existing surfaces as noted above.
