Through a Request for Qualifications process, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Board with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in the RFQ. The District will review only Qualifications Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in the RFQ. The District will review only Qualifications Statements that include all the required information as prescribed herein. The District intends to qualify firms that (a) possess the professional capabilities to provide the proposed services; (b) will agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions set forth; and (c) and demonstrate the capability and willingness to provide high quality services to the District. Specifications and instructions to potential respondents may be downloaded at www.jcboe.org from the "Quick Links" tab. All RFQ Addenda will be posted on district website. Therefore, all interested Respondents should check the website from now through the RFQ opening. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to be knowledgeable of all Addenda related to this procurement. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Qualifications may be submitted in person or by courier service. Though Qualification Statements may be sent by courier service, the District takes no responsibility for the loss, non-delivery or physical condition of the Qualification Statements so sent. The Qualification Statements should consist of one original and (1) one bound copy sealed and labeled "PD21-22-RFQ1-131 Environmental Engineer and Licensed Site Remediation". Consultant selection will be based on the qualifications of the firm, key staff assigned to the District and on the firm's ability to understand the purposes, goals and objectives of the District and establish appropriate work activities by task to produce recommendations needed. Qualifications shall be detailed (for the consultant and its sub-consultants) and shall include a statement of qualifications, detailed experience and expertise, description of relevant work, and resumes of key personnel. Resumes of each employee should be limited to no more than two pages each. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et. seq.), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 (Law Against Discrimination).
