Renovation of a water / sewer project in Portsmouth, Virginia. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide professional services including program management and engineering, technical, and support services necessary to design and construction the Portsmouth Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) Program. The goal of this I/I Program isto reduce sanitary sewer overflows through the cost-effective reduction of I/I Technical questions should be submitted through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion. Questions related to submitting a SOQ or using the online system should be directed to the ERP HelpDesk at erphelp@hrsd.com or 757-460-7318 or Tricia Hartman at thartman@hrsd.com. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of July 21, 2023, an engineer has been selected. Design will not be complete until January 2025, per owner.
