Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The construction project includes the following: replacement of the existing roadway, removal of any shrubs within the right-of-way that will be in conflict with paving operation, storm sewer utility installation and storm sewer structure adjustments, sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, water main valve adjustments, reconstructing all side road intersections to match point, installing concrete curb & gutter, installation of concrete road pavement, and associated sidewalk / trail, driveway aprons and lawn restoration work. The proposed roadway will be converted from a temporary asphalt paved surface to the proposed finish concrete surface from the original Cherryvale Avenue Road design consisting of a proposed road 36-feet wide from face of curb to face of curb. The proposed roadway will be contained within the current 66-foot right-of-way for both sections. The proposed sidewalk will include a typical sidewalk section of 5-feet wide with 6 sidewalk ramps and the trail will a typical section matching the sidewalk 10-feet wide. Cherryvale Avenue - Beginning at the intersection of Cherryvale Avenue and W. Evergreen Drive and continues north approximately 4,225 feet on Cherryvale Avenue to Gladiolus Place. shall include 2,230 cubic yards of common excavation, 8,605 square yards of asphalt pulverizing, 9,590 square yards of 7" concrete pavement, 360 square yards of asphalt pavement, 30,895 square feet of sidewalk/driveway pavement, 4,660 square yards of site/turf restoration. Storm sewer utility work includes 370 lineal feet of 12-inch to 15-inch diameter storm sewer main and 7 storm inlets.
