Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 26, 2024, this has not been awarded yet to do funding. We anticipate late January that we would have a public hearing on that. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Federal wage rates DO NOT apply to this contract. A 10% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 100% Performance Bond will be required. The City of Dover reserves the right to accept any bid, and to reject any or all bids; the City reserves the right to award the bid to other than the low bidder if bid deemed most advantageous to the City; the City reserves the right to accept the bid on all items of a proposal or a combination of items deemed in their own best interest. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the City s Purchasing Agent in writing at k.cragin@dover.nh.gov.
