Electrical Contract Apparent low bidder $993,500.00 Ontario County is the sponsor of Finger Lakes Community College and plays a role in managing capital projects on behalf of the College. Ontario County is accepting sealed bids for Phase 1, Electrical System Upgrades. The Electrical Contractor shall remove existing equipment and provide and replace (4) four Liquid Filled Pad Mounted Transformers, (2) two Low Voltage Power Distribution Switchboards and the primary and secondary conductors. The electrical work will include replacement of (1) one double transformer pad and providing (7) seven Electrical Energy Meters. The Electrical Contractor shall provide proof of qualifications as listed in Specifications Section 260010. The electrical shutdown shall take place May 22nd, 2023 to June 2nd, 2023. The main building shall be deenergized for no more than 10 working days, 14 days including weekends. Work shall be scheduled such that the shutdown(s) of the MV SWGR/CMAC are as short of duration as possible. The project also requires the relocation of natural gas piping and relocation of exhaust ductwork. The Mechanical Contactor shall provide work as shown on the HVAC and Plumbing drawings.
