Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work includes but may not be limited to the replacement of boilers and associated equipment for Lawson Heights and Holliston Schools. Lawson Heights School requires the replacement of the boiler system and pumps, plus associated ancillary devices. Holliston School has two mechanical rooms and requires the replacement of the boiler system, pumps, and associated ancillary devices. All required general contractor duties such as cutting, patching and painting are also included in the scope. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.
