DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Furnish and install three (3) ADA egress ramps, new exit doors, and related lighting from Lower-Level stair of Housing Units - Allegan, Eastlake, and Fremont. Furnish and install new catch basins and drainage systems to connect with existing storm drainage system. Furnish and install new sidewalks connecting the ramps to existing nearby sidewalks or pavement. LEIN CHECK (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form).
