Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Northport, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,700-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Specifications : 1,700 SF Pole Storage Building located at the rear of the school Notice is hereby given that the Northport Public School District will receive sealed Bids for an approximately 1,700 SF Pole Storage Building located at the rear of the school; approximately 1,000 LF of decorative fencing and minor non-structural exterior finish elements on existing exterior of school at specified locations. 1. Sitework; excavation, unit retaining wall, paving and associated work for new storage building. 2. Associated site work, excavating for building affected areas. 3. Structure is Concrete footings, wood structural frame and wood trusses 4. Metal Panel Siding, Metal Roofing and Interior Metal Liner Panel. 5. Minor Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems are included at affected areas. 6. All work will be coordinated with existing structure. 7. New Fence and associated Masonry Piers 8. Parging of existing concrete base of school 9. 9'x9' Steel entry canopy at maintenance door 10. There is no fire suppression associated with the work.
