The City of Rocky Mount is in the process of renovating Battle Park. One element has been the removal of invasive species, enabling public access to outcroppings and boulder formations within the park. This has also exposed over a decade of expensive graffiti. The purpose of this RFP is to find a company that can remove graffiti from the outcropping area located east of Falls Road, south of the greenway, north and west of the bend of the Tar River, from the boulder formation located east of Goose Branch, south of Battle Park Lane, north of the greenway and west of the pine street. Submission of a bid shall constitute conclusive evidence of Vendor's understanding of the purpose and significance of this event, and no allowance will be made for unreported conditions that a prudent Vendor would recognize as affecting the performance of the work called for in this bid. This conference is the only occasion on which this information shall be made available.
