PROJECT DESCRIPTION Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking to pre-qualify one or more Engineering Firm(s). Pre-Qualified Engineering Firm(s) will be called upon to complete various engineering task including but not limited to professional site civil survey, facility assessments, structural assessments, geotechnical engineering, project management, general contractor procurement assistance, site visits, construction document drafting, project close out and field verification. Required - Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer Required - Trained and certified tower climber on staff Required - Ownership of License and 1 years of experience using Guymaster software Required - 3 years of experience providing engineering services on communication tower, public safety microwave infrastructure projects Preferred - 1 year of experience providing engineering services with agencies of the State of Colorado Preferred - Firm's primary location in the Denver metro area/Front Range and able to attend frequent meetings and site visits across the state of Colorado Date Vendor Email Questions Due 03/15/2022 Estimated Date Answers to be Published 03/18/2022
