Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Cheyenne Fire Rescue Department, hereby requests proposals to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Emergency Response Facility Projects - Fire Station #3, #5, & New Station Project. The project includes preconstruction services and possibly construction services for Fire Station #3, #5, & New Station Projects in Cheyenne, WY. This project will consist of three separate fire hall buildings, constructed in succession and overlapping schedules, located on separate parcels in Cheyenne. The project is at a design development level of drawings and shown on the attachments to this RFP. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
