Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Prairie, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In an effort to improve the overall efficiency, air quality, and comfort level of TBP students and staff, the District is seeking qualified/licensed HVAC contractors to facilitate the replacement of several HVAC units at (3) District locations. The period of performance for this RFP is from the date of the initial award until a turnkey product is commissioned over to the owner (TBP). The existing specs for each unit the District is requesting direct replacement for are included in the RFP document. The contractor must hold all state required licensing and dispose of all old HVAC equipment correctly per state and regulatory guidelines. Trinity Basin Preparatory School reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all Proposals and to make the selection of the proposals on the best value and most qualified contractor to perform the work.
