The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of approximately 4,000 sf of program area on the 14th floor to house the relocated Clinical Vision Research Center (CVRC), currently occupying a portion of the 8th floor. The renovation will also serve to provide surge space for the 7th floor renovation that is currently under design. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
