These are installed in the soil around the building's perimeter. In cases where there is limited soil access, bait stations need to be installed in concrete or asphalt. This requires 3 inch cores to be drilled in the concrete/asphalt to gain access to the soil to install the in-ground termite bait station. Item needed: Qty. 100 : 3-inch diameter holes (cores) to be drilled at multiple structures over the next 9 months. These holes need to be drilled completely through the concrete/asphalt until there is access to the soil underneath. **Additional coring sites may be added; if so, the vendor will be notified in writing from NOMTRCB and an revised purchase order will be issued. ** Site Designation: NOMTRCB will predesignate where the coring will take place by marking the concrete around the building perimeter after all utilities have been marked. NOMTRCB will be responsible for contacting 811 to request that all utility lines are marked. Scheduling & Completion: Once the utility lines are marked, the vendor will be notified by phone/email to begin coring. The vendor will have 7-14 business days to start the coring, unless the vendor notifies NOMTRCB in writing for any delays outside of weather issues. Supplies & Damages: NOMTRCB will supply the port covers and install them after holes are drilled. The vendor is responsible for supplying drill bits and equipment appropriate for drilling through concrete and asphalt, and will liable for any lines that are punctured
