Question Cutoff Date: 3/24/2022 10:00 PM (ET) The purpose of this request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide construction services for projects within Canyons School District (CSD) under $500,000.00 (total cost). It is anticipated that this SOQ may result in a short-list of companies. These companies will then be invited to participate and bid on various projects located throughout CSD during the term of the contract. This will be an CLOSED-ENDED approved short-list per Utah State Procurement Code 63G-6a-507. Vendors already qualified on the short-list will need to submit a letter stating that they can still meet the requirements of the SOQ but will not be required to submit an entire proposal packet. Vendors not on the short-list may submit a Statement of Qualifications through Ion Wave during the period listed below for consideration. If approved by the review committee the company(s) will be added to the list and invited to bid. (These dates will coincide with our larger value short-list of under $1,000,000.00. Contractors are welcome to submit for this list when it opens.) January 09, 2023 (year 2) --- January 08, 2024 (year 3) --- January 13, 2025 (year 4) --- January 12, 2026 (year 5) The intent of CSD is to short-list all qualified companies receiving a minimum score of 80 points or higher from the evaluation committee. No company receiving fewer than 80 points will be short-listed. Only short-listed companies will be invited to bid on future CSD projects between $0.01 and $500,000.00 total cost. This SOQ is designed to provide interested companies with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposing firms are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
