For the following: Materials: 10,000 gallons of CRS-2 (E-3); 700 tons SuperPave 25.0mm base course, PG64S-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's; 1,000 tons SuperPave 9.5mm wearing course, PG64S-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, 500 tons SuperPave 12.5mm wearing course, PG64S-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, 1,000 tons SuperPave 19.0mm binder/leveling course, PG64S-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's; and more or less various crushed aggregate: 1,750 tons 2RC, 200 tons Cold patch; 300 tons Rip Rap R3, 300 tons Rip Rap R4, 300 tons Rip Rap R5, 200 tons Rip Rap R6, 100 tons Rip Rap R7, 100 tons Rip Rap R8, 100 tons 3A, 300 tons AASHTO #F, 300 tons AASHTO #4, 500 tons AASHTO #8, 300 tons AASHTO #57, 500 tons 2A, 300 tons AASHTO #3, 200 tons AASIITO #67, 200 tons AASIITO #10, 650 tons AS3. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be submitted with any bid proposal. A performance bond must be submitted with contract. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township. Packets may be picked up from the secretary at the Township office during regular business hours.
