Questions are submitted online No The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University (CSU) seeks firm pricing for the Black Squirrel Creek Restoration project performed at the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA), CO near Colorado Springs, CO. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources. Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Federally Funded - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award Due date for this Documented Quote is Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 4:00 PM MT. All respondents must submit the following required documents via electronic upload on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com by the due date and time. Responses are held in an electronic "lock-box" until the submission deadline. Mailed, faxed, and email responses are not accepted. 1. Must have participated in the site visit on March 15, 2022, at 1pm held for IFB-2022-005-JS see attached site visit sign in sheet as reference. 2. Cover letter - The Bidder shall furnish a cover letter to introduce the firm and key individuals that addresses in a point-by-point response the Required Qualifications sections of the DQ with the bidder's capabilities. Key individual(s) who will perform the work must be identified along with credentials and certifications of all individuals proposed for this project. 3. Background - Provide information that directly addresses the Required Qualifications section of the DQ. Please provide contact information for references, history, experience with habitat restoration projects. CSU may or may not elect to contact references.4. Insurance - The Bidder shall acknowledge that they can provide a Certificate of Insurance as described in the ISC example and Certificate of Insurance for all vehicles entering the base. If awarded this project Bidder must be able to provide required insurance before starting work. 5. Warranty - The Bidder shall acknowledge that they can meet the warranty provisions. 6. Completed DQ-2022-060-JS Exhibit C Pricing Schedule. Please refer to Exhibit A Project Scope and Maps and Exhibit B Seed Mixes for project requirements. 7. Firms must submit the DQ cover page with Ram head logo, signed with payment method selected. 8. For new vendors to CSU or vendors with recent name changes or tax ID changes - Vendors must complete the W-9 and Vendor Size Self-Certification form with signature. This is a Federal funded project and subject to compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance under the Procurement sections of (2 CFR 200.318-326). Awarded contractor(s) may be required to provide cost breakdown information, including labor (hours and hourly rates), materials, overhead, G&A, and profit AND a comparison of how the charges compare to other customers.
