Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Greenville is soliciting professional Consultant Services for Right of Way Services: 1) Project Management a) Communication i) Prepare and deliver regular monthly invoices. Invoices will be provided to Client within fourteen (14) days, after the last day of each month. (1) Consultant shall pay all subcontractors for work performed within ten (10) days after payment is received from Client. ii) Prepare initial property owner contact list. iii) Attend status meetings with Project Team. The attendance of the status meetings will be on an as needed basis, as requested by Client or Project Owner. iv) Prepare and deliver a monthly written report to Client on the status of service, tasks completed, and service tasks remaining, in order to bring each parcel/easement into possession of the Project Owner All questions concerning this Request for Qualifications should be directed to the City of Greenville Department of Public Works (903) 457-3135 or bjameson@ci.greenville.tx.us)
