Location of Work / Project Description:: 1. Two Rivers High School, 1897 Delaware Avenue, Mendota Heights, MN 55118 - Project consists of reclaiming existing parking lot along with some curb and sidewalk replacement. 2. Heritage Middle School, 121 Butler Avenue West, West St. Paul, MN 55118 - Project consists of reclaiming, removing and replacement as well as redesign of main parking lot. 3. Garlough Environmental Magnet School, 1740 Charlton Street, West St. Paul, MN 55118 - Project consists of reclaiming the existing parking lot and milling and overlaying a small paved path. 4. Moreland Arts & Health Sciences Magnet School, 217 Moreland Avenue, West St. Paul, MN 55118 - Project consists of milling and overlaying a portion of the existing parking lot as well as reclaiming an area of the existing parking lot. Project also consists of minor patch work and small amount of sidewalk replacement. Bids shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement. Work is scheduled to be complete by August 12, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to owner, as guarantee that bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Upon award of Contract, Contractor shall provide AIA A312 Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of Contract Sum in accordance with General Conditions and Amendments to General Conditions. Work may begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The work onsite is anticipated to begin June 13, 2022.
