Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project involves the replacement of concrete sidewalks and curbing. Associated work includes asphalt repair, minor drainage and pavement markings, landscaping and associated removals. Bids shall be made on the Proposal forms furnished with the Specifications, and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable by the Village, for 5% of the total amount of the Bid. The Village of Sleepy Hollow reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
