The Scituate School District (Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Scituate HS Locker Room Renovation Phase I located on 606 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Habeeb & Associates Architects dated 16 March 2022. The project consists of the demolition of the existing boy's locker room, showers, toilet rooms, and office space and the construction of the new boys and girls physical education locker rooms including separate toilet and shower facilities, and two associated offices. Deduct Alternate 1 includes the deletion of Phenolic Core Toilet Compartments and the addition of Plastic Toilet Compartments. Award is anticipated for May 2022 with mobilization and work to commence in June 2022. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
