FY2022 - Sand, Stone, Gravel, Loam - Washed screened sand, 60/40 sand and stone mix, washed stone 1 1/2 ", 3/4 " and 1/2 ", processed crushed gravel, bank run gravel, asphalt grindings, and screened loam. Prices include delivered and F.O.B. All bidders maintain and guarantee sufficient stock piles to service the Town's needs. Requested deliveries must be made within two (2) business days. Bidders must supply a list of all contracts of similar nature with municipalities or private companies for the past three (3) years including the name, address and phone number of the contact person. The Contract for supply of these materials shall be for a period of two (2) years with, at the Town's sole discretion, the option for one additional, oneyear term at the same contract price, terms and conditions. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
