As of May 25, 2022, this project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. a. The project includes concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, site work, and landscaping. The selected firm will act as the single provider of Construction Management at services for this project. b. The total project budget totals approximately $6.6 million. A brief pre-construction phase will occur during the spring of 2022. The construction phase will commence in Spring 2022. c. Contract terms will be based on AIA Document A133-2009, an agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, with supplemental conditions. d. The CM will be responsible for providing a monthly progress update to The Tribe. i. The Tribe intends to have a CM selected and the Professional Services Agreement signed by mid-April 2022. The selected CM and The Tribe will then work together to establish a master schedule for the project. The Tribe will consult with the CM on the method used for the construction bid. It is the goal of The Tribe to have the project completed by April 24th, 2023, giving one month to do final punch list items, move in, etc. - in time for Memorial Day on Monday, May 29th, 2023.
