The County of St. Clair seeks proposals from Contractors to mow and maintain properties throughout the County, the majority of which were acquired through the tax-foreclosure process. This would require mowing, lawn care, and maintenance services, which could include the removal of trash or brush, through the end of the mowing season on properties until the foreclosed properties are sold at the Property Tax Foreclosure Auctions in late summer and early fall. In some cases, Treasurer owned properties may not sell and be subsequently transferred to the Land Bank. A list of properties will be available the week of April 4, 2022 and service is expected to begin with City of Port Huron properties upon receipt of list Start Date: Monday, April 4, 2022 Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP solicitation shall be for the 2022 mowing season, April 4th , through October 31st, 2022.
