Project consists of includes all preparatory work including coordination with others to accommodate and protect existing structures and appurtenances, signage, barricades and other provisions to ensure safety of public; all site preparation work; demolition of existing stairwell, sidewalks and planting beds; construction of ADA accessible ramps and sidewalks; placing topsoil and seeding disturbed areas; disposal of demolished materials and excess soil materials, restoration and cleanup areas disturbed, and miscellaneous associated work.Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularity in the Bids and in the bidding.After the review of the documents and after the pre-bid meeting, written questions only will be addressed by addendum.
